তলা ঝেড়ে দিলে, যদিও জোটেনি কানাকড়ি কিছু হাতে
তুমি অভুক্ত, অথচ তোমার সম্পদ খায় তারা
যাদের বেসেছ নিংড়ে নিজেকে ভাল।
ঠকতেই হবে ভালবেসে যদি গোপনে কিছুর করো
প্রত্যাশা কোনও, এমনকি ভালবাসাও পাবার আশা।
